Does it have any further use after the Plaster Face story? Because my Albino rats card keeps coming up, allowing me to build it up.

Not for the moment, although a conflict card between the Scuttering Squad and the Midnight Matriarch will wipe the quality if you pick the cat's side.

Also I believe having it _obscenely_ high is the lock point for one of the choices at the Iron Republic, though who knows why (because Iron Republic, really).

While this quality has few uses it's biggest use I've found is in the investigating a threat to your rat companions and that's about it. It's foolish to not have any ratly concerns anyway, you know they could kill you...
