There are a couple of one-off uses for these, but can you do anything with them in quantity besides selling them? I'm getting them in numbers as I quest for ever higher levels of Master Thief.

They're mostly just for selling at the moment. Keep some on hand if you like that K&C gambit, but otherwise feel free to sell them.

I think they're used in the hard recipe for Collections of Curiosities, but I mean. War of Assassins is easier BY FAR so.
Can use them for wedding points. (Along with a stolen kiss, an aeolian scream, and an identity uncovered.)
