I'm considering getting some nex to change my destiny but when do the opportunities to change it actually become possible? At what times of the year can I change my destiny? I'm hoping to change it to the "Authority" Destiny. Is that possible at all times that destiny changing is possible?

I believe you can change your Destiny during the Fruits of the Zee Festival, Halloween, and Christmas.The Fruits of the Zee Festival is at the end of August, so assuming the event recurs this year that's possibly the earliest time to change it.
