Presumably one of the achievements, and the problems discovered here are the same reason that's not working properly.

So I have got a Harlot-Fry in my hold, but I don't have the Labyrinth of Tigers.
Is there any way to get rid of it, other than trying to fill my hold at zee?

Click the hold capacity label - that lets you drop things overboard even before you're full.
