I've been playing Fallen London for about half a year now, and have also been an Exceptional Friend for most of that time. I have the subscription set up through Google Play, as I started playing using the app, and have seen no reason to change that, as -- until now -- I had not noticed any issues.

However, just yesterday (when the subscription was set to renew), the payment was made as normal -- except it seems that for some reason, my exceptional friendship only renewed for a day.

This is a screenshot of the order taking place according to the Google Play app on my phone, and following is a screenshot of the EF item on the sidebar.

I'm posting here because I'm not really sure where else to put this -- I can't seem to find any bug hotline. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is it just a display bug?
