He revealed that interview on a podcast really recently

Do you have a link to that podcast? Sounds interesting.

Alexis tweeted out a link to this, which explains exactly where the name Poppy Lascelles came from. If you don't want to click, spoilers below.
It's a backer name. "Poppy" is her middle name and "Lascelles" is a family name. It has no intentional significance. Now, this being Cultist Simulator, it would be vastly unwise to rule out unintentional significance, but it was not added on Alexis's discretion alone.

It seems like Cultist Simulator's version of Enigma may have been implemented, at least in part. The solution, Alexis says, will probably come across as "unfair", which is par for the course with this sort of thing. Anyone have any ideas?

you'll probably have to pull a Mr. Eaten and utterly destroy yourself, or spend a couple Hours gathering ingredients and waiting for the season to be juust right.

I think a lot of the discussion is going down on the CS Discord at this point, which is rad because it's nice and active but also kind of sad to see this thread taper off because you can't really make big posts over there.

"Connie Lee: the heiress, suffragist and adventurer. She's recently put her quixotic enthusiasms and considerable wealth at the service of the Suppression Bureau." Connie's idealism may protect her from some risks, and her well-trained staff from others.

"Spencer Hobson has been a journalist, a private detective and, rather briefly, a priest. Now he's an agent of the Suppression Bureau." Spencer's esoteric skills provide protection against supernatural threats. His erratic nature may hinder his investigations.

Some shared screenshots on the new Suppression Bureau mechanics.

The Hour of the Madrugad, the still power of a chilly winter's dawn. Likely a sibling of the Sun-in-Rags and a piece of the Sun-Divided.

I backed the game but waited till it came live to play. So now I have a question... is it easy to get into? Or does it require forums and hints like Sunless Sea did?

Frankly, I find Alexis's mini-ARG secret puzzles tedious and irritating, not for the lore/content itself, which is always excellent reading, but for the air of insufferable smugness around the whole thing.

I found all of the Enigma content in FL entirely on my own, and I've made it halfway through the whole bird/worm mystery, but at this point I really just want to be spoiled so that I can read the interesting words at the end of the tunnel and get on with my life. (It doesn't help that I'm far less emotionally invested so far in the world of CS, into which I've put 20 hours of my life, than that of FL, into which I've put literally thousands at this point.)

I've found
the secret webpage from the clue in the save file], but I don't see how I can "indicate my choice." I suspect it has something to do with a certain e-mail address
, but since there's presumably a human being at the other end of that and they're super busy with post-release, I don't want to send guesses there willy-nilly. If anyone on this forum is inclined to honor my request to be spoiled or at least hinted, PM me please!

EDIT: Shoot, apparently multiple spoiler tags don't work. I've combined them all into one.
