Which one of Fallen London's items is your spirit animal (you can define this in whatever way you want)?

I hate to be utterly unsurprising with my answer, but for me, it's the Insatiable Gloves.

Accepting requests.
None of that riff raff about sparring and chess and whatnot.

To be painfully obvious, I'll go with Numbered Antler-Fragment.

Ngrooooo.

I'd say the Semiotic Monocle. A glass that helps you understand symbols without going insane. I could really use one of those.

Hieronymus Drake: Gentleman scholar, big-game hunter. Likes to discuss the mysteries of the Neath over a good game of chess, or to acquire interesting new scars in the sparring ring.
Tanith Wyrmwood: From urchin to pickpocket to jewel-thief to the darling of society, so fast her head is still swimming! Likes to meet over coffee and swap interesting stories.
The Bellicose Prelate: Took a sermon about wrestling with one’s demons too literally, and was sent to New Newgate for repeatedly suplexing devils outside the Brass Embassy. Likes to wrestle and debate. He is willing to Loiter, but has a tendency to ruin the mood by handing out religious pamphlets.

Probably a Coincidence. I connect with it on a very spiritual level.

And if Sunless Sea "items" counts, the Comatose Ferret. That would be quite literally me these days.

- Mademoiselle. Hedonistic socialite, silver-tongued Glassman, and private entertainer. Has an easy smile.
- Maxwell Bradford, Curt revolutionary, but otherwise a very pious gentleman. Listens to what the Thunder says.
- The Elliptic Longshanks. Northbound. Always happy to greet you with a box of dead rats. Affably insane.

No loitering, and no invitations to lodgings. All my Free Evenings are spoken for. Everything else is welcome if it contains a bit of accompanying text <3

I'd say "Certifiable Scrap" is a fitting descriptor for me. Possibly "Extraordinary Implication", but I don't want to come off as boastful.

can this be an actual companion? if so then it would be the devious raven adviser who i lovingly named varys
hes just been with me so long as an ally and friend even not counting pre transformation era.

now if it had to not be an ACTUAL animal then it would probably be the unobtrusive bowler hat i was given so long ago and has been kept safe ever since even now as i mingle with the great and the good.

Silly, yet sinister. A delicious fantastical concept, unafraid of not making sense. So much richer if you know the lore. It is Fallen London.

I love all these answers. For me, it'd probably have to be the Faded Morning Suit, which currently serves as my profile picture. It was one of the first items I purchased after arriving in Fallen London. It's a reminder of simpler times and humbler means.
